Our club offers several training groups for a variety of ages and skill levels:

Athletes receive personal coaching as part of the group.
Training at MUN Fieldhouse and other locations in the Metro area.

2-4 days per week, varying by group
Vary by group$100 plus cost of Field House access
Summer Competitive (ages 13-29)
Training groups for distance, sprints, hurdles, wheelchair racing, jumps, throws, and combined events.
Athletes receive personal coaching as part of the group.
Requires previous training experience.

Fall Competitive (ages 13+)

Intro to Cross-Country (ages 10-12)
Introduction to basic distance running skills and Cross-Country.
Training takes place in Bowring Park.
Coached by University Cross-Country athletes.

Competitive Cross-Country (ages 13+)
Training for competition in Cross-Country.
Training takes place in Bowring Park, as well as Kent’s Pond and MUN Fieldhouse.

Mondays and Wednesdays

Non-affiliated Membership (all ages)
Athletes registered with other clubs who wish to train at the Pearlgate facility during the summer.

Masters (ages 30+)
For athletes planning on competing in the Masters age categories.
Training for fun and fitness with specific event focus.
