Our club offers several training groups for a variety of ages and skill levels:
Development Group: For athletes aged 8-12, with training running April-October. This group introduces beginner athletes to the basics of track & field. Training occurs 1-2 times per week. Athletes can progress to event-specific training with recommendation from coaches. For session times and further information, please contact one of the coaches below.

Middle Distance Group: For athletes 12+, with training running January-December.This group focuses on training athletes for events between 800m and 5000m, as well as cross country. This group is appropriate for athletes who have an interest in competing, athletes who wish to improve fitness for other sports, and athletes who are just interested in running. Jumps Group: For athletes 12+, with training running January-December. This group focuses on training athletes for jumping events, including long jump, triple jump and high jump. This group is appropriate for athletes who have an interest in competing in jumps, and for athletes who wish to improve their jumping ability. Sprints Group: For athletes 12+, with training running January-December. This group focuses on training athletes for events between 60m and 400m. This group is appropriate for athletes who have an interest in competing, athletes who wish to improve speed for other sports, and athletes who are just interested in sprinting.
